Mischief and memory crow

The mind likes to play silly games, and that is what this Mischief and memory crow thing is all about.
Plus… I dig crows.

Mischief and memory crow

Mischief and memory is about how we can create false recollections or misremember events, often linked to emotions and happenings that affect us. The crow because they often symbolize memory, and the cherry because we often cherry pick our recollections to avoid sadness and anger from the past or in the future.

It’s is like our brains say “nope” when it comes to some horrors of the past. We then either block out or delete things altogether, or paint the darkness with new colors resulting in fonder memories.
Our brains also can do something which seems the opposite by making us remember bad events, people, places, etc… the reason is a warning, to keep us from repeating things which caused us harm or distress.
Even in these cases we look at those memories through rose colored glasses.
You see, the mind may want us to be on guard, but it can’t exist in a state of horror, so the worst stuff is rewritten, made less painful, and less destructive to our psyche.
Yep, that means that horrible person or thing that happened which you can’t get out of your brain was most like even worse than you recall.

This Mischief and memory crow symbolizes that fun and crazy survival mechanism of our brains.

You can get stickers, shirts, and cards of it right HERE.
