The seed of love

The Seeds Of Love Poem

The moon whispered- plant the seed,
and I covered it with devotion.
The sun saw my work,
and smiled upon my fondness.
The stars whispered- you must water it,
so I gave my tears,
and my beloved drank deep.
The wind saw her drink,
and told me a secret.
Heartache is the only flower
which blooms from the seed of love.

  1. Aarron: I like your poem, and offer an edit or three that you may like/use:

    Title: Elemental

Moon whispered to me: plant the seed,
and I covered it in devotion.
    The Sun spied my handiwork,
and shone upon my heart’s fondness.

    Stars sang to me: you must water it;
and my tears did give it life,
of which my beloved drank deeply,
    her nourishment replete.

    Wind witnessed her deep draughts
    and told me a secret:
Heartache is not the only flower
that blooms from the seed of Love…
