Thought I would share this as it was a fun tattoo to do.
What we have here (sorry the pic isn’t great) is a spidery ass kicking chick that has basically killed the devil and taken over hell.
At least that is how I am seeing it.
The client had a bunch of different references showing various aspects of what she liked and wanted in the piece and a good description.
She really likes the spider visuals so besides the primary figure being spidery in itself we have incorporated a spider necklace / medallion and a bit of spider fun on the boot that is sticking out.
She wasn’t particular about the tattoos the figure would have so I just kinda doodled them on without much discussion except for placement.
The garter was a specific though and she brought me a picture of the garter she wished the figure to have.
The figures horn were also specifically requested (the style) and she had a picture of horns for me to reference.
The zipper was my idea. I dig zippers in tattoos much more than the torn skin look (usually) though they take work while torn skin is so cheesy easy quick its funny.
My favorite part of doing this one was the flaming inferno area behind the primary figure.
I think the flame tones with the demon-like figures inside is what really puled this piece together.
Besides that section the tattoo is otherwise black-work with some red.
